Returns
You can return an item you've purchased from Mercku Inc. within 30 calendar days after the day you've received it, just pay for shipping!

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it and returned in the original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at support@mercku.com to initiate the RMA process.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will provide you with further details on how we will refund your payment.
